Welcome to OBX Island Photography, my name is Lori Cole, and I am an Outer Banks Family Photographer and Real Estate Photographer serving all Outer Banks (OBX), from Carova to Hatteras.

I had the luxury of growing up on the Outer Banks in the quaint town of Manteo and, after graduation, had the opportunity to explore my career in the city for many years. However, my passion was always the beach! With my beach loving attitude, the thought of my feet in the sand, the smell of the ocean breeze in my face, I decided to move back and pursue my passion in photography. MY STYLE

My custom photography sessions are a unique and fun experience to preserve your family’s most precious moments. I strive to create a relaxed and memorable family photography session, while capturing a variety of natural poses to truly capture the special memories.

I like variety, so there will be relaxed posed shots along with individual and candid shots as well throughout the session. I find the more relaxed a client is, their true beauty is expelled and shown as art captured within a photograph.
